Ever since moving here, Austin Sunshine Fest has been on the brain of most all of my guy friends. Venue, bands, drink specials, details, more details – they’ve been hard at work planning an event with local bands that supports two local charities: Austin Sunshine Camps and Health Alliance for Austin Musicians.
A couple weeks ago, they recruited me to be a part of their street team and I couldn’t have been/be more excited to help out! In addition to inviting the few people I know here that I don’t know through these guys, I’ve sent out Facebook and Twitter blasts advertising the event. Today, I’m hoping that you or someone you know in Austin is plan-less this evening and looking for a completely rad way to spend a Friday night.
