I had been jonesing for an excuse to re-visit The Bricks since eating there the night of the Ed Sharpe show and today was as good a day as any. There was a point in time in which I decided to be okay with mystery meatballs and become a liker of Italian Wedding Soup. Most of the time I’d push them aside and focus on the spinach and noodles. Other times I would eat a couple out of curiosity and dump the rest. But never had I ever considered making my own, un-mystery version of this classic.
